Afternoon Tea with Year 12 in 2016
Recently our Year 12 students from 2016 were welcomed back to Norwood to meet up with each other and staff. It was great to see that so many were able to attend and tell us what they have been up to since last year. All of the 113 students who applied for further studies were offered a place. The majority of those present had accepted their offers at university or TAFE and were looking forward to starting their courses next week. We were fortunate to also catch up with some who were able to leave work early to visit.
The outcomes for the class of 2016 were diverse and varied including Animal Studies at university in Gippsland, studying Surveying at TAFE, apprenticeships, part-time work in Retail, full time work in Administration, deferring, saving up to travel and hosts of studies in predominantly Business/Commerce, Health/Nursing, Creative Arts, Humanities, Education, Engineering , Psychology and Sports Science. We wish these student all the best for their future endeavours and hope to hear from them again.
